There are a number of key differences between our Membership Program and the benefits provided through traditional dental insurance. Most insurance companies have deductibles, co-payments, and endless limitations but our Membership Program offers a comprehensive array of services without the hoops and hassles!

Membership Disclaimer:
The annual membership fee is due upon joining. Membership is effective on the day payment is received. Payment for additional treatment is due when services are rendered. It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize benefits by arranging the appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. If the appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund. Renewal payment of membership fee must be submitted annually on the same date that membership began. The membership fee may be adjusted annually. Membership is non-transferable from person to person. Membership cannot be combined with any other discount. Discounts do not apply to previous treatments. Membership is not an insurance plan and can only be used at Westwood Village Dental.
